Split Tags and Campaigns into separate Tags and Campaigns reference pages under a new Reference section. Added campaign segment codes. Moved RTS tag to Communication Preferences and removed the Legacy Tags section.

Added new Virtuous CRM Screenshots page with annotated images showing how to edit contacts vs. individuals and where to update names. Added a section to Contacts vs. Individuals covering how the TMC Salutation field is used on mailings and how Special Receipting contacts are handled. Widened all pages for better use of desktop screens.
